Viola Hall is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and A graduate of Oklahoma City University. She is currently a Holistic Health coach and entrepreneur that strives to help the mother/daughter relationship to get healthy, mind, body and spirit. She also loves mentoring young ladies and women. Viola Hall is married and has 4 beautiful children. She loves playing basketball, working out, traveling, helping women and young ladies grow and loves nutrition. Her favorite color is red and she loves to eat. As a plant-based advocate of 10 years now, She is a positive, young, vibrant soul that loves to smile, hoping that it rubs off on others. She’s not perfect, and made a lot of mistakes that she now shares with her daughter and other young ladies. Moreover, through Christ, all things are possible. Mrs. Hall hopes that if she can just impact ONE young ladies life for the better, she has done her job. Her hopes though, are to impact thousands of young ladies lives all across the world, changing their relationship with God, speaking life into them, changing the way they eat, changing their mindset and, in hopes of them doing the same for others.
